From the time of our family's first meeting until after our mother's funeral we had kind compassionate and competent service. Very pleased with facilities and staff who were all very attentive. Phone calls were returned promptly by staff members Everything about our funeral was nice and the visitation room was set up and presented very well. Would highly recommend this facility

Will not work with you! Funeral cost $14,000 we had it all paid except $6000 before he died. After he died all accounts are frozen for 40 days and they said they will not wait the 40 days that they need paid now so a family member has to get a loan for $6000 to pay for it then that family member can get their money back in 40 days. Like the funeral home dont make enough money that they can't wait 40 days to get fully paid. Shirley and stoute will work with you.

My grandma just died, and since her family used Ellers for other family member funeral, we went with them. They've been great, so helpful, kind and caring. Don't know what the other lower star reviews are talking about. Definitely recommend Ellers.

I'm happy to say that their service has not change though the years. Erin was the director for my mother's needs and I could not have been any more pleased with her.

A friend had worked here a few years ago and was fired when he pointed out that he was getting cheated out of overtime pay. This place has gone downhill ever since the Ellers family sold out years ago.
