In January, my family chose Chapel Lawn as my grandma's final resting place. Weeks after her burial, we saw the dirt on her grave sinking in. We complained multiple times to Chapel Lawn only to get the issue fixed months later. The problem was not even resolved in a logical way. Instead of evenening out the dirt, they dumped a pile of dirt onto her grave and called it a day. The day of my grandmother's funeral, my mom forgot to bring a check. The funeral director told us not to worry and how we could settle the matter later. Minutes before my grandmother was taken for burial, she stopped the hearse and told my mom, "The funeral could not proceed until payment was made for the plot." My mother was then lended a check just to keep the funeral as scheduled. At a fragile time, they sure twist your arm.

I was not impressed with Chris that helped us set up my moms prearranged funeral yesterday. I know she was new however she shouldn't have been left to deal with customers. She wasn't ready. I was ready to leave without doing anything until Kelly came in to help. Kelly was very knowledgeable. Not sure I am still comfortable with everything.

Audra and Chris were very helpful, courteous, and empathetic during our time of sorrow. They took time to listen to our reasons, needs for this burial. Chris took the time to show us exact site that our loved one would be buried They were meticulous with our many contacts and made sure all of needs were met.

I have had the worst experience with this cemetery. They are not compassionate and do not care about your loved one. The ground is always a mess, weeds, and headstone sinking. Second year they removed Christmas decorations from grave that were put there by my son's children by mistake. I made a huge mistake by burying my son there. Now they are giving me a hard time about moving my son to a more family friendly Cemetary. Please take my advice and find a more family friendly cemetary.

I am so very appreciative of all employers there, who guided me through such a devastating time in my life. I have nothing but great things on my mind about this place. We had no life insurance for my husband , and they were willing to give me the best price they could. Wonderful people who have the right job. Thank you for everything, Karen Collins

Everyone I had business with was very helpful and my dads visitation and funeral went very smooth. I appreciate all the assistance I got from the people at Chapel Lawn.
