So many problems with this place, although staff seemed helpful at first..When My brother died ,my sister an i both lived in another state so we were dealing with crematory over the phone ,it took 2 months to receive the death certificate . We were planning a memorial an almost didnt get certificate in time! They lost his bill fold an 800.00 iPhone. ..would not recommend Bell crematorium !
