My dear friend Emma Jenkins obituary was in the newspaper with a link to this mortuary and when I got to their site she wasn't even listed. As I live far away in Florida it was upsetting that I couldn't post my love and condolences to her 8 children. Unforgivable. Can never right this wrong.

Looking at this business from a florists point of view, this funeral home treated myself and my driver who had delivered flowers for one of their funeral services, very badly. The owner of this business was extremely rude, going so far as to curse my driver, (an older gentleman,) telling him to get the h_ll out because he was asked to sign our log for delivery confirmation. He was also scolded for using the wrong delivery door, when the door wasn't even marked. When I spoke to Mr. Alford on the phone he admitted the door WAS un-marked and stated that "everyone just knows where it is." ??? My driver, a very kind gentleman, was very upset about this incident and called me for fear that he would be held responsible for not acquiring a simple signature which Mr. Alford refused to give. Although this review has been written from one business about another, one must wonder how Mr. Alford's rude disposition can effect grieving patrons in regards to their loved ones who have passed away. We have never experienced this type of treatment from any other furneral director in this area and feel that Mr. Alford's behavior was completely un-warrented and un-necessary.

I not pleased at all with this company. Had to use them for my dad's services.was told one thing then was charged something differnt after family all left. Very rude I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
