When you open the urn of your recently deceased grandma and it is completely empty....
My urn did not have a single ash of my grandma. They said it is because they never had to fill 13 (little bird) urns, and never had an order that big before. They were shocked that I opened my urn to look. (Of course I did, I was getting locket necklaces made for my mom, sisters and I since their lockets are ridiculously priced)
The main ashes are in a totally different state, so it is not like I can just go over and fill mine. They said they would refund me the 1 urn. Then about 4 weeks later I get a call saying that the money has to go to my uncle for some odd reason. My mom paid for the urns, not him.
My mother got a locket urn from this place, she can not wear it because it has sharp chunks on the back were it lays on your skin. over $300 for that, and you can't even wear it. I bought 4 adorable locket urns for only $60 on amazon, and we can wear those!
My uncle has a urn key chain, it broke within a couple days. Their items are not worth the price you pay, hate to say it. So now I am still stuck with an empty urn because I have to wait until someone visits my uncle half way across the united states and can bring me some ashes. My family did not want mY grandmas ashes floating around possibly getting lost. We have had nothing but bad luck with this place.
The woman on the phone is respectful, and I am thankful for that. But nothing can replace the fact that my urn was empty. What if I never opened it and I thought my grandma was in there?
OPEN EVERY URN YOU GET, NO MATTER WHERE YOU GOT IT FROM.
