The mortician at a funeral I recently attended, Brad Youngstrum, was inappropriately cracking jokes about cattle prodding family to get through the viewing faster. He also mentioned how funerals need conveyor belts to get family moving faster. I'm sorry we have a huge family and we all want to show support for those that lost loved ones. I'm sorry we didn't quite make the time frame you set. I would never recommend this gentleman for any funeral.

HORRIBLE.. wanted a cremation done and they said it would cost $2200 for the cremation, obituary in the paper, funeral programs etc.. well cremation wasnt done when they said it would be.. obituaries are still not in the paper, gave them all the info for the obituary almost a week ago .. obituary was not in the paper in time for the funeral. there was PLENTY of time to make it to the paper so people would know when the memorial was. It still has never made it to the paper and we are STILL getting charged the full amount and didnt recieve half of everything promised. will use woods from now on.

Very kind and professional in their approach in this difficult time. No mysteries on costs or procedures. They set up the military honors and all. The Ghouls I had to deal with in California for my parents funerals were on the opposite side of the pendulum.
