I was treated very disrespectfully by this funeral home. The Funeral Director called me a “Liar” after him and the rest of his directors disrespected my wishes. Very unprofessional, insensitive and rude.

Colonial funeral home, their staff and manager we’re very sensitive to my family‘s needs. Michael went above and beyond to help facilitate and follow through on a beautiful wake, mass and burial. My mom looked beautiful and at peace. We were very satisfied with the job Colonial did. Michael even threw in a free limousine because I was unsure of how many family members might need a ride. The drivers and staff were very respectful and accommodating to all phases I recommend anyone and everyone needing funerals services to contact Michael at Colonial. it’s a family-owned business ran with class and elegance. My Mom passed away over a year ago. I did not realize then what a blessing it was to work with Colonial Funeral Home and all of it's staff. We were very pleased with our Mothers funeral. Since then, having been involved with other funerals for loved ones, I didn't realize the "extra love and tenderness" we received at Colonial. We were greeted with smiles the second we walked through the door and treated with sincere kindness. As my sister and I went to help dress our Mom, Jared treated her with such tenderness and gentleness. Although we had her clothes pressed and ironed before we arrived, Jared politely asked if he could re-press the items as they got a bit wrinkled from transporting them to the funeral home. Jared was so meticulous, he didn't want her having any wrinkles on her clothes. They expect perfection and that is what we received from them. She was treated with dignity and such kindness. I was relieved knowing my Mom was in such loving care and we couldn't have had a better service for our mother. Jared's kindness and "extra touches" meant the world to us and I know our Mom was happy too and requested Colonial for a reason! On behalf of the entire Hal Hirschi family, we want to THANK all of you at Colonial Funeral Home for doing what you do each day and bringing such comfort to our family and friends as we laid our Mom to rest.

Having not ever discussed preferences for a funeral for my father, Mike was patient and helped guide us through the process. The entire event represented my dad and what he would have wanted: disco music, a picture slideshow, and a few out of the ordinary personal touches - but still was done in the most tasteful manner.
