All went well until I picked up the certificates required. They put the wrong middle name for my wife/surviving daughter. They also didn’t supply us with a transport permit, which is required due to the fact she is being buried in another state, thankfully the cemetery she is being placed informed me of this. I was told it was an easy fix and should only take a few days. After a few days, I went in to pick these certificates up. They had the Burial Permit for me, but no corrected Death Certicate. Now, over three weeks later, and services in three days, we still have no corrected certificate. Not impressed.

When we lost one of our grandchildren the people at Bell Tower did more than anyone could ever imagine. When I called to check about what was nessacery and what the cost would be they were like angles from heaven. They did everything we asked and more. They arranged to have our beautiful baby transfered front Sacred Heart in Spokane and took care of her cremation with the grace and care as if she were their very own. We would not have had the ability to greave and only have to take care of our daughter who was devastated by the loss of her daughter without all their support. Then when I asked how much the bill would be I was told there would be no charge. If ever I have felt the presence and guidance of God it was that day for he surely brought the most wonderful and caring people into our lives just when i doubted him the most. Thank you so much for your kindness it is a debt I will never be able to repay. God bless you.
