When we were going for the family viewing. I was afraid my mother would look bad due to her being ill for some time. Cory Meadows is an artist. She looked like she was just asleep and she had a smile on her face. This is the first time in a long time that she looked like herself.

My father was cremated by this so-called company and his service was terrible! Due to the fact that we were allowed to view him in a CARDBOARD BOX. This is not the last way you want to view your loved one. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They only want your money.

Meadows Mortuary is really an extremely loving and caring place. From the time they took the phone call of the death to picking up the body. The precision and care for my love one was spectacular. I've made my arrangements and I'll recommend Meadows to anyone.

I wish I can say something nice but I can't.. My wife had her cousin memorial service here and I overheard some of the guys in charge of parking stated that anybody can park anywhere because this will not be a huge memorial service because they said that I wouldn't recommend nobody here because the staff is very rude and disrespectful....

some woman called mandi answered the phone i asked to speak to someone and instead of telling me they wasn't in she just put the phone down, terrible customer service

They did a beautiful job with my Aunt but their attitudes were awful. When I went to my aunts wake I was going into the building. I am adopted and clearly look different from my family(Hispanic) they are black. Some worker asked can he help me...but not nicely like I was a bum who walked off the street... . I'm currently disabled both arms in a cast...at th funeral.... they were raising their voices... being rude about parking and gave me a hard time about sitting in the family section. My personal experience everything Is nice but their customer service especially the lady is rough...I couldn't imagine using them for myself.

My aunt passed February 2015 and we went to Medows to view her body. When we arrived we was told that she was in the chapel and when we went inside there was another female dressed in her clothes and casket. We all inquired about it and the Medows staff alleged that was her until we all arrived and stated that's not her. The staff then went to the back and look for her and then stated we are sorry and she will be ready please bare with us.

This is by far the worst company ever. My aunt was cremated with them and the handling of her, along with the communication from the funeral to the family was poor. The staff doesn’t care and you call, and call they don’t return calls. Then when you get someone they are inconsiderate and rude! I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you have a high tolerance for BS!

I visited this place on friday for a visitation for my cousin. The staff was very polite, we was able to talk as loud and we wanted. Plenty of space and we was not rushed. The time was from 4pm-8pm we arrive at 4 and stayed to 8pm. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I would highly recommend this place.
