Good positive, caring experience. I suggest anybody to pre-plan and pre-pay with an insurance policy ad we did and it’s all done for you without you having to think about it. Also by doing that, the deceased will have had some input on funeral plans earlier when alive. Pattersons at Springhill has always been our family’s choice of an event of this type for 70 or more years.

H.M. Patterson & Son -Spring Hill has been in business a long time in the same location. Having been to funerals there in the past, it was an easy, no other consideration choice to pick them. My wife's first husband's arrangements were handled there about 1955. Proximity to Crest Lawn made it easy. The staff was so professional, doing what they do with ease. Their first thoughts are considering the needs and desires of the family. I had complete trust in their capabilities and everything went off so smoothly.

The folks we dealt with were incredibly professional and kind. One hears stories of funeral homes pushing expensive services and products, and of phony fawning sympathy, but these folks were simply good people doing exactly what we needed when we needed it. They even went out of their way at no additional charge to do us a special favor when a family member came into town late.

When my mother was buried they buried her so that there is not enough room for another grave next to her even though they assured me there was enough room. They need to contact me about moving my mother's grave to allow room to bury another person.

They were great here. They arranged a cremation for my stepfather and answered every hard question we had for them. The were so great I will end up going back to give them a cake or something. Highly advise going here because of the nice, courteous, and professional attitude.
