Their courteous and professional staff always make you feel at ease. While making the arrangements they explained everything line by line and were willing to explain any questions I had in terms that I could understand. I felt in control of the entire process and they worked hard to make sure all my requests were fulfilled. Thanks to their well trained staff the funeral service was perfect and it was a fitting tribute to my loved one.
