I was at this funeral home on November 3rd , 2018. First of all the parking was horrible! We finally parked at the store adjacent to the Church next door, where the First Lady of the Church said we could park, a few minutes later my son arrived and the 2 gentleman in front of the Church were very rude! They told him he had to park in the back, mind you the person who was to be funeralized was his best friend! When we arrived in the Funeral home Chapel, it was very hot, crowded and no where to sit! They closed the casket and left us standing there for about 30 minutes with nothing to say. FINALLY A gentleman came who worked there said follow him, we went into the area where the funeral was to be held and the guys who worked there were cold hearted and rude! No sympathy for anyone! Where did they come from?!!! Later at the burial my son and his friends were the pallbearers, they asked the Funeral director a question and he got smart with them!! Terrible service! Heartless People, horrible customer service!!

Gave 2 Stars only because the body looked good! Only go here if you are looking for Expensive Rude Unprofessional Services. First, let me started off by saying who ever did the body did a great job! OUR DIRECTOR WAS HORRIBLE !!! The director only offer me the package. He didn't mention that I had other options .This was my first time having to have to make arrangements for someone's funeral. After speaking with my sister she told me, that was the package and they had a room with several other caskets options. This was something the director never mention. I guess assuming no insurance would be involved. I called and arranged to see the other caskets. We went with another casket but this is something that could have been taking care of on the first appointment. The director was to busy trying to sell us his head stones. They don't give any type of family discounts they handle my fathers ,my mothers and my aunt services. No Family discounts was mention. They don't even ask if they have handle any one else in the family services. This is just the tip of the ice. The day of the services the director never looked at the program to see what the decease's name was he called out the deceased's brothers name (who is living )each time he had to mention the deceased's name. he would call out the brothers name who is still living doesn't make sense. You can not get anymore UNPROFESSIONAL then that. Give the family some respect and at least get the deceased's name correct. After the funeral while greeting family and friends one of the director holla out "ya'll get in the car if ya'll keep standing here they are gonna keep talking." They was acting as if they gave us something free NOTHING was free we paid dearly for this service and it wasn't cheap. The only thing that was SUPPOSE to be FREE was to have a listing on their website that WASN'T listed. They tell you that AJC charge $500.00. I wish I would have paid it. If it wasn't for Instagram, and Facebook ,the date and time of the services wouldn't have gotten out. Because it was NOT LISTED. If you have the money please place your loved one services in the AJC it cost but it will be there for a long time and people can go there and leave their Condolence. Otherwise,It might not be listed if you depend on them to listed it. They send the insurance assignment in for $5000.00 more then it was suppose to be. Please check your papers. **They charge 4% to fill out the insurance assignment papers this was not mention. They had it circled but thy didn't mention it. This is something they should let people know ahead of time so if they can pay cash until the death certificate comes back they can save some money. This is money given away. To me it is taking advantage of the grieving family. Just wondering do they just hire people with BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE WHAT!!! Tell me what else could have went wrong??? Oh I spoke to the owner she acted as if she didn't care of course not It was my loved one, and not hers.

Donald Trimble Mortuary provided EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR MY MOTHER’S Homegoing Service! Everything was done with a SPIRIT OF EXCELLENCE! My mother literally looked like she was sleeping in her casket, which made this transition easier for my family! The thing I loved most, it’s a one stop shop! They literally provide everything that you need! Flowers, casket, vault, obituary service & Chapel, etc.. Also, we were able to use the burial insurance to cover EVERYTHING, including the burial grounds @ Kennedy Memorial Gardens! Absolutely, NO CASH UP FRONT!

Worst funeral home ive ever seen.I was there yesterday for my aunts funeral.The preacher had know respect for the family.The preacher rushed the whole family with remarks so he could preach for a hour.

I’ve had to use them twice and each time I received exceptional service. They customer service is wonderful and they are sensitive to the families needs. The prices are reasonable and the service is top quality. Each time they made my love ones resemble their younger days.

When you are at your worst, they are THE BEST!! Compassionate, patient, and such a beautiful facility!! They are the GOLD STANDARD, in funeral service! If YOU have a complaint against these wonderful people, then the problem is YOU!! They are flawless!!

Metro Atlanta has many notable funeral homes/mortuaries. Although many of them offer a visually pleasing facility, only a few offer premium service. My family and friends have patronized Donald Trimble Mortuary for many years and their services have remained consistent. Mortuary Science is not only a business, it is a ministry-- those at Donald Trimble GET THAT. I've had the displeasure of interacting with other "funeral" businesses, that have multiple locations in/around the city, and the sevices rendered were far below standard...but not their prices! I've been practically "put out" of one particular "popular-by-name" business after a wake because some of my relatives who hadn't seen each other in quite some time were taking too long embracing and talking. The burly dude at the door rudely reminded us that they were "bout to close", and that we needed to move to the parking lot... Again service less than standard, but NOT THEIR PRICES! I've never experienced anything to complain about at Donald Trimble's, and I hope I never will. In fact, I hope they read this review to know how much their consistent hospitality is appreciated by the bereaved in the community(ies) they've served over the years. I know they will continue to live up to the good work and level of service their namesake started so many years ago--thank you for that! These others may be good at branding, but they have lost the meaning behind the services they offer. I highly recommend Donald Trimble Mortuary based on my personal experiences.

Not happy with them at all. They gave me part of my son ashes and was suppose to keep some for later pickup so that I could put in a necklace. They have lost the ashes. I haven't received a phone call or an apology notice or anything. This has really set me on an emotional roller coaster. Every time I think of the fact that my child's ashes are missing I feel that I have failed him and I'm not sure what to do. Thought about calling Clark Howard or channel 2,5 and 11. By the way my name is Tracy Betts and my son passed away 03/11/15. 3 darn years and he's still missing!!!!

Attended my best friends memorial at this location. Curb appeal is very pleasant. Interior of the location need some work. The entry way Flooring is uneven which causes people to trip when they enter the building. I watch several persons including my self struggle. The staff was attentive, and nice. The "chapel" we were is was small with very little air circulation, Outdated decor, and my major issue was with the abundance of flies present. Yes I get that it's a funeral home but it's not the first one I've been in, but it is the first one with almost relentless flies.
