We recently had to bury a relative and chose Daniels' for its quality and consistency which they had shown the family in the past. Crystal was our director and she was quick to get everything accomplished, inspected the burial site, and conducted a painless meeting to confirm all details. She helped us find the quality and price which we wanted. I recommend Daniels without any reservations whatsoever.

That was a day in the end of April 2019. We are living in California which far away 5 hours flight. Our loved one passed. The first thing we do is asking hospital nurse some suggest of Funeral Homes nearby. We went to Google and found a funeral home. I made a first phone call to a strange place and talked to a strange people about thing we don't want it happen at all. Very nice gentleman answered my called: Is it your funeral home is belong to the Dignity Memorials? He said: No, but I can give you other in town that belonging to Dignity Memorials. It is a very nice of him. I talked to myself: Georgia people is nice. I have never been met or talked with before that day. I made second call to the Daniel Funeral Home located in Rome. Now, a sweet, gentle voice of the lady on the other side answered my call: This is Crystal … How may I help you? Since that moment, she constantly helped me, my family members through the most difficult time. She is so amazing. She gave us strength. She goes way beyond the expectation. She made me feel my Job is so meaningful ( I am working for Dignity Memorials in California). She sets me a sample of Love. Millions thanks can't never be enough. The planning of my Mother’s funeral at Daniel’s was exceptional. As we figured out details, nothing seemed to surprise or concern Jonathan...he just took care of it all with sensitivity, sometimes before we even thought of it. The day of the funeral, my sisters & I really appreciated the artful arrangement of her flowers & urn at the gravesite and how gracious Jonathan & Lee were to our family. The service was perfect in its simplicity and everyone commented how nice it was. Going to Daniel’s Funeral Home was truly an oasis in dealing with my mother’s passing.

We recieved the best service that a funeral home could give. Daniels funeral home made us feel comfortable, assured us that everything was going to be taken care of. From the time of arrival at my home I felt like they cared about me. When I went to visit the funeral home director he answered all of my questions, he gave me options and didn't feel any pressure.
