On behalf of my entire family, we would like to extend to Mr. Julian Almeida and his staff our sincere and profound gratitude for organizing the final trip of our father. Mr. Almeida was always sure that all the details were treated perfectly in a time of great stress and pain for our family. He was there for us every step of the way comforting and supporting us as if we were his own family. We can not thank enough Mr. Almeida and his excellent staff for such extraordinary service.

The staff was very professional and were very attentive to our family's needs. They did a beautiful job with the funeral setting and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you to Heather and all the staff at Palms West Funeral Home. I cannot say enough about how great and professional they were. We thought we were going to need a closed casket funeral because of my mother's illness, cancer really robs you of everything. But they did such a wonderful job with her and she looked absolutely beautiful. Thank you again, the whole experience was painless.

The viewing room was too large for a very small group of mourners (we were not asked about this). It was cavernous. The room temperature was very cold (we were not asked if the room was an okay temperature). The deceased was shipped in from out of state. At the viewing at Palms West there was nothing done (or poorly done) to the deceased to assist in the viewing. Poorly done morticians makeup. At the end of the viewing the woman (Heather) who spoke to our group regarding the procession to the cemetery bordered on insulting. She spoke in a condescending tone and smiled throughout her 'announcement.' It felt as though she was talking to 5 yr olds. I was embarrassed for her and the out of state people who paid a very high price for this funeral. I have been to many funerals and this felt like we were just a number. Sign the check. Bye. Also, there are plenty of quality florist in PBC use them, not the PWFH florist, Misty's.

There are no words to describe what a fabulous experience this was. I wanted to cremate my husband and then just have a memorial service and their facility was perfect for Our intention. We put together a slideshow with music which they were able to show beautifully and I just can't say enough good things about the service here. The staff was respectful and very easy to deal with and they made what was for us a horrible situation so much more bearable

A very nice and respectable business to deal with. The owner John is a really nice guy. We have been to a few funerals here and every one of them has been a beautiful tribute to those that have passed away. They have always been fair and kind to our friends and family during hard times.

Heather walked us through everything in a calm and compassionate way. She is the very best and I thank her for everything she did for us.
