Alana Maus and the staff at Palm Harbor Life Celebration Center are amazing! Their help with the celebration of life for my very dear friend was truly heartfelt, compassionate and brought out the joy and best of her life. This was the best service to celebrate the life of a loved one that I have ever been to. I highly reccomend their services when the time comes to find a facility that will truly care and is professional, courteous, compassionate and absolutely beautiful. Their facilty is also great when you are looking for a place to have a nice event.

Can;t say enough about the venue and how accommodating the staff was. On behalf of myself and my whole family I would like to thank Alana, Liz, John and the rest of the staff for helping to make a difficult day a complete success. They all took the time to get to know my father in life and upon his passing, were able to carry out his celebration of life in a way he would have appreciated. They paid enormous attention in getting a sense of the person he was, paid attention to the smallest details, offered extra assistance and made suggestions along the way that we may have otherwise overlooked due to the circumstances. We are eternally grateful and would recommend this location and service to everybody.

I will be forever grateful for the kindness and compassion shown by everyone at Dignity Memorial in handling my father's service. After hospice was called in for my 93 year old father, I reached out to Liz, who put me in touch with the veteran representative at Dignity. He agreed to meet with us personally the very next day, but unfortunately, my father passed during the night, so we were unable to pre-plan anything. Nevertheless, they handled everything from start to finish, promptly, and compassionately. The young men who came to the nursing home treated my father with such dignity and respect, there was not a dry eye in the place, as they played Taps, draped him with a flag, and escorted his remains to the center. To say it was more than expected is an understatement. Also, when we made the final arrangements, everyone was conscientious about explaining the legalities of meeting my father's desires for a simple service, with "no frills," and utilizing his VA benefits. They even helped us to order his service record for posterity, and agreed to wait until all of us could come from around the U.S. for the internment. I hope to deal with this in a better way the next time from my end, but have absolutely no reservations about recommending Dignity Memorial with, or without, pre-planning. Awesome, awesome, awesome. Alana and her staff were great when my parents set up their final arrangements. When my mother passed away 4 months later everything was just the same. Her staff took care of everything and only asked what more they could do. Their honesty is why everyone should choose Palm Harbor Life Celebration Centre and Alana. So glad to know when my dad passes away we will only have to worry about grieving and nothing else.

On behalf of Elizabeth P. - Words cannot explain how beautiful they did my brother's celebration of life this is the first I've experience this it is less painful to say goodbye to a loved one like this my brothers theme was the beach like the person he was he loved the beach walking on the beach with all his personal belongings he wanted his music 70s music 80s and his salsa music and that's how this place did it for my brother this was more than beautifulllll I want to thank all that staff that was here on Friday especially my brother's neighbor Liz thank you and John thank you so much from the Pabon family thank you and God bless u all....

We also used their room for our Celebration of Life. The staff was very attentive, and even allowed us to stay after the 7pm cutoff for the service. Her name was Alana Maus and she was so compassionate and professional. She made a Very difficult situation turn into a Beautiful Life Celebration for our Grandmother. She really personalized the service for our family. I really love this location because it’s so warm and comfortable inside. We had a lot of family flying in from out of town for the service and Alana supplied us with a phone number that saved our family money on the flights and even rental cars. I found the facility stunningly clean and versatile for my use. The manager , Alana , was extremely even keeled in times when I was a mess and very helpful!
