I had the unfortunate need to make funeral arrangements for my husband in May. Although we knew how sick he was his death was still sudden. In February he was able to go to Walter Disney World so he was not near death then. On a friend’s recommendation I contacted North Brevard Funeral Home. I can only say they were so kind and understanding that a horrible task was made easier. Everyone was so supportive and never rushed us. I can only say Thank you for their help in my time if need

The service was very expensive and we found the people polite but not friendly. When my mother passed away we choose Newcomer after our experience at North Brevard, where my father's service was done. So heaven for bid but if we have to plan another funeral we will use Newcomer. There prices were more affordable and the people were very friendly and polite!

I’m not from this area. When a friend died and I had to make arrangements for a cremation, local folks highly recommended North Brevard Funeral Home. Eric Zink, Haley, and their rest of the staff were great to work with. They were compassionate and very helpful. One thing I appreciated the most was that they weren’t pushy. They didn’t try to up sell more expensive urns or package deals. They listened to me and met my requests. Although we didn’t have a visitation, their facilities were tastefully appointed and welcoming. Overall, I was very pleased with the services of North Brevard Funeral Home and would highly recommend them.

The employees there are very unhelpful and lack the empathy required to work in a funeral home, specifically David Ferguson. He failed to return our phone calls after we called numerous times, he was not compassionate in the slightest, was not forthcoming with critical information, and his responses were very short and cold. Having to deal with this while also dealing with the loss of someone you love is not something my family should have to go through. Very disappointed with this whole experience. I highly suggest searching for another funeral home if you are looking for a place that genuinely cares for you and your deceased loved one.

My sisters and I had a little brother that died in 1997 (Paul Bo Felder jr).The ceremony they healed was the most beautiful, peaceful, loving ceremony I've ever seen or attended. We weren't allowed as children to attend his funeral.Nevertheless, years later, and I'm 30 now, this was the memory and happy moment of our lives that helped us heal from the lost of our baby brother.Thank you so much

I cannot day enough wonderful things about our experience with North Brevard. I worked directly with Eric Zink. I am not sure what a Funeral Director does but he made me feel like I was his only client. He answered questions quickly and helped me along the way. He also provided humor which at such a sad time is not always appropriate but he was totally appropriate. No one more wants to think about funerals but if you need one I highly recommend them.

The death of my husband was the most difficult time in my life. However, the employees at North Brevard were very kind, helpful and professional. My funeral director Angel, was truly our angel. She guided us every step of the way. Angel made the hardest thing I've had to do so much more bearable. She was kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable. The service turned out beautiful down to every last detail. I cannot say enough about Angel and can't imagine going through that experience with anyone else. Words cannot begin express the amount of gratitude my family and I have for North Brevard Funeral Home, and more specifically, for the compassion and exceptional service we received from our funeral director Angel Allgood. Literally, her name says it all, as she was nothing short of an Angel sent from Heaven to help us through such a difficult time in dealing with my dads passing this past Fathers Day. From the first day we met Angel, the family and I were so distraught and overwhelmed, as this came as such an unexpected loss to us, and we were in no way prepared to make such arrangements. Angel showed such genuine empathy and compassion throughout, and simplified the process for us. She made sure any special requests we had were executed seamlessly, even with little notice given on our end. She accommodated us anytime we felt necessary to come in to meet to go over details, walking us through every step, with such patience and grace, never making us feel rushed. Although this was still a terrible day for us, Angel put together such a beautiful service (in their very lovely Chapel area) and a video memoir that far exceeded our expectations. Also, they did an amazing job in prepping my dad for the viewing (which we were so hesitant on, given how he looked the day of his passing). Though not ideal, I am so grateful to have seen him one last time to replace that prior image in my mind from the day of his passing. In the end, we honestly felt like Angel was an honorary member of our family. We can never thank her enough for all of her (and her teams) efforts throughout this ordeal. I do not wish that anyone has to go through this process with their loved ones, but loss is inevitable, and when it occurs, I would not recommend you go anywhere, but North Brevard Funeral Home, where they will treat you like family. (Side Notes/Details: They also gave us such a fair price for everything, rush ordered the custom urn to be ready in time for the service, provided copy of the video for us to also use at the reception that followed immediately after, and even personally delivered all of the flower arrangements from the service to our home the next day so we would not have to worry about it).
