Compassionate, professional, honest and affordable. Worried free from arrangements they handle it all. I was lighthearted with no burdons since they help in every way to work with you. I am very pleased with their services they provided for my dad, and I recommend their services to all. Thank you

I was treated with the up most respect. They allowed me to view their facility WITHOUT an appointment! The faculty was immaculate! I trust them them to care for my family members and myself! They even put in the contract what truly happens, NOT like Brewer & Sons who hinds information you need to know! You can truly trust Merritt Funeral Home. The staff was compassionate and extremely professional! They are NOT strictly about business!

They were very helpful when my mother passed. No pressure.

I called just to get information and was appalled by the insensitivity of the woman answering the phone at the Spring Hill location. Before even listening to my questions she began talking about the legalistics of handling my moms arrangements because she was on hospice care... She told me that "getting "paid" would be a nightmare because quite frankly when someone is on hospice they usually die before the insurance company can get the payment back to the funeral home" after I picked my mouth up off the floor, I told her that we were interested in prepaying for the services because I'm and only child and did not want to worry with it when the time came to lay mom to rest. She informed me that I could come in, and she would be glad to talk with me but she could not set up a pre arrangement contract at this time... because that would mean locking in the pricing... What kind of.... If your loved one is on hospice care do not all these people. Dignity Memorial is a better choice!

Their Funeral Director, Randy, was so supportive and helpful. He helped us with all the logistics in getting my father sent to NY.

Lauren Ritchie

Strictly about business not at all about the comfort and care for the family who's lost their loved one. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services.

Great funeral directors and staff. The only caring, respectful, and dedicated family owned funeral home people should trust in.

They provided nothing but the best care for me and my family when my sister passed. It gave me comfort, knowing that they have their own crematory. Mr. Merritt was very thorough, and I felt comfortable knowing that my sister was being taken care of in a dignified manor.

My father bought this casket 25 years ago and they refused to ship his casket to Colorado, because he moved out of their "service area"' he paid 959.00 25 years ago and the same casket in todays times cost apprx 1340.00. they could only refund the 959.00, they had that money for 25 years and collected interest on that money, all we asked for was enough to cover the cost of the casket in todays market. They were very incompassionate and also said they were not making any money on this. They are not members of the BBB so buyer beware!!!

Awesome people. They made things easy when my mom passed.

I attended a service for a friend and the staff was friendly.
