I cannot thank Mc Kee Funeral Home, and Dan especially for helping us with our Mother’s funeral. He walked us through every step of the process with sincere caring, genuine concern, and thoughtfulness of our needs. He was very patient with adapting to an Serbian Orthodox Church service and burial, and he demonstrated flexibility and understanding with all requests made. I would HIGHLY suggest having your needs managed by them. Additionally, the cost for all items needed for the funeral were very affordable, and I feel like Dan walked us through the process with a sincere understanding of our feelings during this period of grief and loss. And you cannot put a monetary value on that type of service. Thank you so much Dan!!!!

Dan was very kind and helpful. I was there twice within 7 months, once with my sister in June 2018 when our mother passed away, then by myself in January 2019 when my husband passed away. He made everything easy to understand and asked what we/I wanted rather than trying to "upsell" something. My questions regarding possible overseas transport were answered. My husband's mother passed away which was a shock to us. We called 3 different funeral homes to get pricing. We needed to have casket shipped to Maryland for the burial. Never having to deal with this in our lives. Dan at McKee Funeral Home in North Port, FL, helped to ease our minds and took control and guided us into the right direction.
