We were extremely unpleasantly surprised when, during the visitation, we noticed that Gonzalez/Dignity had inserted ads and credits into the video of remembrance photos that I spent a lot of time collecting and arranging. This was entirely inappropriate and tacky. The people attending the visitation knew where they were--we didn't need ads flashing up on-screen, in between photos of our loved one, to remind them. As a result, I am reconsidering use of Gonzalez for future arrangements. If not for this, I would have rated 4 or 5 stars.

They made it easy in the hardest of times. Erika and Lucy were so attentive to our needs. They took their time with us and were very empathetic. When it comes to the lost of a love one it's not easy especially when its unexpected. Your thoughts are everywhere, they made sure to remember all the important details that come having to prepare not only for a funeral but paperwork for things your love one left behind. Such as Wills, 401k, insurance, social security and so forth. The facility is so beautiful decorated and welcoming. Thank you so much ladies for taking care of my family in such a difficult time. Not only did I find the source to achieve my goal, but the Customer Service received topped any other services I’ve received in the past. Form the first phone call, to the meeting at the Funeral Home and beyond, my Wife and I received the best customer service ever.
