I can't say enough about Fuller Funeral Home & Cremation Service. They were sensitive, efficient, professional, and accommodating. I told them what we needed and they fulfilled everyone of my requests. They did not try to upsell their products. They also explained how everything would unfold. They kept to the schedule that they had laid out, and even got somethings accomplished before they had told us it would be done. I have to say, considering the circumstances, the arrangements were completed without any problems. When you have a loved one die, you would like someone to guide you through the process...that is what Fuller Funeral Home & Creation Service did for us, and we are very grateful.

My husband of 31 years, Keith Lahey passed away unexpectedly on May 25, 2016. I was completely blindsided by this. I was lost, confused, in shock, stressed out and so many other things that most people could never even begin to fathom. I first met with Kim. He was caring, considerate, and listened to me although I was probably hard to understand. Kim didn't judge my choices for my husband's services, even though they were a bit unconventional. He was a wealth of information, and allowed me the time to make the decisions I needed to without pressure. For the life of me, I cannot recall the name of the funeral director who handled my husband's body. I apologize for that, but my stars, he was magnificent. My husband looked as if he were napping on the couch. He looked the same as he did in life. No one could ever understand how grateful I am for that. The memorial cards and slideshow were absolutely gorgeous. The work that went into them was well appreciated, and I must say that you all need raises. Everyone commented on the spectacular services. I do have to personally thank Ashley. She was a rock while I was waiting for the medical examiner's report and death certificate. I don't like owing anyone money, and since the medical examiner hadn't made a determination for 3 months, I was beside myself. She kept reassuring me that everything would be fine. Poor Ashley checked on the status of the final findings several times a time. I truly appreciate that. I must also say that Kim didn't push me to choose an urn immediately. In fact, I didn't do that until my husband's ashed were ready. Even at that point, Fuller's had a lovely room for viewing the urn for the first time. This doesn't happen in most Funeral Homes. I know that I haven't hit on many things such as having waters, coffee, and very comfortable seating available for family and visitors. I'd be here for a month of Sundays telling you about the small details that they ensure are taken care of. The best thing that I can say to ensure you that Fuller's Funeral Home, Kim, Ashley, and the rest of the staff truly care about you and your loved one, is that when my time comes, my services will be held at Fuller's. Fuller has now messed up twice, so I am force to write this review. Firstly, they missed the announcement to the newspaper until after my Mom's service took place. Today, they called to offer a planner to help with arranging for my Mom's service. I had to tell them that she died just shy of 6 months ago!! The person did not even have an answer for that except to say he was sorry. What is sorry is your operation on Pine Ridge Rd.

I called to set up an appointment and was told I would get a call back. After waiting four hours for a call, I called Hodges Funeral home and got an appointment right away. Do not recommend Fuller Funeral Home at all.

Very, very unhappy with the service from Fuller Funeral Home in Naples. There were spelling mistakes on the death certificate, even after multiple corrections in person. Very unprofessional. They left without taking a photograph and our family member does not look anything like how they looked in real life. They didn't even phone us to ask for a photo. Avoid at all costs.

Seem to drag their feet from the get go on my uncle's military funeral, had to keep bugging them for the death certificate, flag, and information. My uncle passed away December 14th, found out today from the military burial service, (after I prodded the funeral home in an e-mail the other day for an update) that my uncle's remains are now on a waiting list of two to three months, this came from the company that handles burials at sea. I only hope and pray that they followed through and actually sent the right ashes!

In such a difficult time I was so incredibly impressed with the care that I received with the Fuller Funeral Home. . Jeff worked with us and he guided us through every step. He was never pushy and listen to every request I made. I even put in for last-minute changes and he accommodated us with everything. A couple weeks after the passing of my husband they called to check on me to make sure I was all right. This is an incredible, compassionate, and caring funeral home. They will definitely take great care of your loved one.
