Worst possible care in the world. I called to get information and the very rude man who answered obviously he has no morals or patience. I tried to ask a few questions and he immediately yelled at me and stated "I don't want what your selling." I was not offering or selling anything. In fact I only wanted information regarding a service that as performed for a friend of mine's family as they were pleased. I am now so disappointed that I had to go through this for a simple question, shame on me for even trying with this place. This was a horrible experience for me. The loss of a loved one is hard enough.

After shopping around all of Orlando area I found American Family Funerals has the best prices compared to all the other funerals homes. You can trust this funeral home, because they are not a bait and switch like some of the other funeral homes out there.

My stepfather passed on Wednesday unexpectedly in the middle of a move to California. Alan at American family funeral home took care of everything for my mother and was able to get the death certificate and copies in three days. She needed them for closing on the house, And it was the weekend. He also took care of shipping the ashes. Can only say good things about the whole experience.

ABSOLUTELY the WORSE funeral home I've met, seen or dealt with !! They over charged like crazy , sent my Mama's ashes to a NON FAMILY MEMBER WHEN IM THE ONLY LEGAL RELATIVE LIVING !!! Then FINALLY after 6 months of BEGGING this person to please tell me where my mother's ashes are he finally admitted where he sent them !!!! The only way I would recommend this place is if you don't care about your family members and just want to drop them off somewhere !!! Other than that NO NO NO !!! PLEASE FIND YOUR LOVED ONES A PLACE WHERE YOU AND THEM WILL BE RESPECTED !!! I HAVE AN ATTY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET HIS REFERENCE OF THIS PLACE ALSO !!!
