The Parsell family has been exceptional community neighbors at time when it is most difficult. Always there with a creative solution, everyone is special and unique in their eyes. it has been an honor to work with the Parsell family and their staff. As the leader of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Lewes, Delaware, my staff and I find it very easy to communicate special requests and needs of our customers, knowing they will handle it with superior service.

They were a great help and very supportive when my parents, me, and my younger brother had to quickly plan a funeral for my other brother. We all live in Virginia. He had died from a heart attack. David Bradley and his assistant Laura led us through the planning process and we were able to get the funeral scheduled within a week of my brother's death. Parsell staff helped us draft an obituary and get it published in local papers. Parsell staff also established a memorial website and put together a slide show of pictures associated with my brother. The memorial facility at the Lewes site is beautiful and was a lovely venue for "Celebrating my brother's life." Outstanding staff and full range of support services.

We recently had the memorial service and funeral for a parishioner at our church. The staff was respectful and friendly. The funeral home was elegant and well-appointed. The family was given several keepsakes that were very meaningful. It was also wonderful that there were tissues, bottled water, and mints provided for the comfort of the family and friends that attended the memorial service. I will recommend this funeral home to people in our church.
