Tried calling for a price for they're cremation packages and was left on hold for 20 minutes before they came back. Then, they acted like they were doing me a favor by taking my call. Was not impressed at all and was treated horribly. Should have went with my gut.

Brandywine Valley Funeral Care did everything they said they would and at a price I could afford. I was my great grandfather’s only next of kin so I was very overwhelmed and they made it easy for me to plan his cremation. The chapel was close for both his Delaware & Pennsylvania friends to attend.

Tried calling several times as they claimed to have 24 hr service but nobody ever answered our call. If you are gonna claim to offer something, offer it! Never again.
