I never thought I'd be writing a review of a funeral home, but this one deserves it. I had my daughter cremated and this place came highly recommended. I have never felt such compassion, not just the I'm so sorry, but genuinely caring about my situation. He went out of his way to order me a custom urn that was sold out everywhere ( also, who would think it would be so hard to find an urn I liked!) Incredible communication, I felt like I was with family. Just wanted to publicly thank them and hopefully this review will help someone else in making one decision easier during their grief.

I have used Spencer's Funeral Home for, three family members.I had a excellent experience Tom is a very caring person to talk with regarding your loved one he understands what you are going through and the best is no pressure.When I was making arrangements for my brother, my mom and dad,Tom was very understanding he takes the time to make it bareable to go through this very , very hard time and when my daughter from out state went to Tom and asked if she could could have gram and a cross with rosary beads on the stone and it was the same day he took his time with her to make sure that my daughter had what she wanted.That to me makes all the difference and the caring when he picked my Mom up at home ever so genuinely gentle and very caring too us I cannot say enough about Spencer's it is just a very caring and genuine place too go through the painful situation you will go through in your life.I thank you for making my life at that time Bearable.
