Clint DeSena: Just want to thank you and your entire staff on the way our nephew, Clint funeral, was done. There are no words I can write for what you all did for his parents, son, Mar & Callie and the long line of mourners who came to pay their respects yesterday and also today. The entire setup of pictures plus was just super and really told Clint's entire short life. The weather today was bitter but it made no difference to you, you took your time with all, explain everything and made sure all didn't need anything. My Family and I would all love to give our Best to all the staff and everyone involved in working with us on the arrangements for my Grandmother Helen (Domrad) Vieira Johnson. The staff know how to make it all special. Comfortable. And very organized and timely. They help you every step of the way. They take a lot of the burden for you. They go out of their way to make a time of sorrow very much less stressful. All of our Family, All of her Children, Grand Children, right down to her Friends could not say enough about the care we were given. THANK YOU ALL!

My experience was great. It was a very hard time for me since I lost my mother. Anthony made the process so easy and I was at ease every step of the way. They make you feel comfortable and help You with every last detail. They took very good care of everything but most importantly they took great care of my mom. Thank you all so much!

This week has been both hectic and heartbreaking and the amount of things that had to be taken care of and arranged seemed unending. The folks at the New Britain Memorial-Sagarino Funeral Home were a godsend. I am having trouble coming up with words to describe how much they helped us. The entire staff was awesome but I have to add that Barbara was especially helpful and she went above and beyond what could be expected. She took care of so many things we weren't even aware of needed doing. Thanks to Barbara, and the entire staff, both the wake and funeral went smoothly and our family was able to grieve without having to take care of every little thing. The staff at the New Britain Memorial Funeral Home were very professional as well as kind. They made this very difficult time much easier than it would have otherwise been and I'd like to especially thank Barbara. She was a godsend during this difficult time.
