Montano-Shea Funeral Home in Winsted, CT recently helped me with my sister's passing and I held her services there. Susan helped me tremendously throughout the entire process. I was a very impatient customer with an attitude and she retained her professionalism and caring dealing with me. I will be preplanning my services with them soon.
