I have been to many services at Cody-White and they are very professional and courteous. Dave and his staff were there in my family's time of need and their services exceeding our expectations. They continued to follow up with us even after the services concluded. Their professionalism is really exceptional. Highly recommend them.

Came here on a Friday night and the whole place was dead. Either way, very beautiful home and scenery.

Cody white has always been a funeral home that was caring, compassionate & sincere. Or so I thought until the most recent loss my family has endured. My grandmother passed away & unfortunately she had made some mistakes along the way like paying into a scam & only into an accidental life insurance policy. When we realized it was too late. Cody white picked her up on a Tuesday evening & refused to even give my family 48hrs to gather $12,000 for proper burial. Not every family can just pull out that kind of money over night. By Thursday afternoon they called my aunt & told her since she did not pay any money to them yet, my grandmother was not allowed to stay there & they transferred her elsewhere to be cremated. She did NOT want to me cremated! She did not mean to leave behind nothing. Not every family just has that type of cash laying around. She already purchased a plot next to her husband Stan & now she cannot be buried next to him like she wanted. I think Cody White is inconsiderate, uncomapssionate & selfish. They already had prepped her body for open casket service. They could've at the very least given my family a damn week to gather enough money to give my grandmother what she truly wanted & deserved. They gave LESS than 48hrs to gather $12,000 & that just makes me sick! Cody White, I hope in the future, you get off your high morbid horse & be more understanding when family's lose somebody & that their life debts are now on an inccocent family member. Give them a week to get it together. To treat the dead & the grieving like this is just not right!

Kyle from Cody White has been the most professional throughout my family’s loss. He has been kind, considerate and available at all times for any questions and concerns. He made the process of planning my mother’s wake completely worry free. He went above and beyond to ensure even the most minor details were taken care of so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I have never been through this process before and I couldn’t believe the care that I received from Cody white. I would entrust them again and recommend them to anyone in need after the loss of a loved one.

Moved from this area many years back. But have known the Cody's for a long, long time. They've buried family members, some quite-suddenly. Think the World of Cody-White, the extended Cody family, etc. It's no surprise to me that the Cody's have won 6-8 EAGLE AWARDS for excellence in their field. As a family, as a people - and as a business the Cody's are as good as it gets. Never saw so much as a stutter/hiccup out of the Cody-White Funeral Home. You're in good hands, and further they'll emotionally help you through. Led by Tom Cody Sr. (and Kevin Cody) I've find them to be highly-trustworthy and effective. The spine of the Milford CT community - active on every level.

I highly recommend Cody-White to anyone who's looking for a funeral home in the Milford area. They recently helped me to plan services for my dad. It was my first time making funeral arrangements for a loved one, and they made everything so easy. I worked primarily with Kyle, but everyone I spoke to from C-W was kind, thorough and professional. We had a particularly complicated situation in that my dad's funeral mass was in Milford, but he was buried on Long Island. Not only did C-W help us make arrangements with a church in Milford (St. Mary), they also worked promptly and effectively with a graveyard (in LI) whom they had never worked with before. They also miraculously arranged for our family to take the ferry to LI with very limited notice and during a busy holiday weekend. I'm not even sure how they pulled that off. Overall, they were great - I cannot thank them enough for all their help and could not recommend them more highly.
