From our initial meeting to the memorial service at the funeral home, the staff was kind, accessible and accommodating to our every wish. They helped to facilitate the process, taking care of details at a time when it's difficult for family to cope with them. Matthew Bailey, the celebrant of my husband's service, is a gifted individual who asks questions of family members to draw them to describe their loved one as they want them eulogized. Matt listens carefully and creates a heartfelt biography of your loved one that is indelible. Many of those in attendance commented on the service, Matthew's eloquent role as celebrant and the lovely facilities of the funeral home. If possible, we'd give B.C. Bailey 10 stars. My grandfather passed away unexpectedly a few months ago and his service was held here. This funeral home did so much to help my grandma who was grieving the loss of her husband of 56 years. They opened and closed the casket several times each time my grandma requested. The woman working there also told me about how she went to mortuary school because my mother told her I was interested in mortuary science. They did a great job.

Bailey, were throughout the whole process. There are so many things to think about in planning a service and it's often difficult to think clearly when you are grieving. B.C. Bailey anticipated everything that we would need, before we even knew we needed it. They handled every detail, no matter how small. The entire staff is genuine, caring and so very kind. They went out of their way to make a difficult time in our lives so much easier. If there were more than 5 stars to give them, I would do it.

I can not say enough good things about them. My grandmother recently passed away, and the entire staff was gracious, thoughtful, and professional during a very hard process. They made all the decisions very easy, explaining everything along the way, and for the actual services were right there the entire time, always close enough if we needed them, with smiles and tissues, but giving us space as well. My grandmother looked beautiful, and they even allowed us as many personal touches as we wanted, going out of their way at times to make sure it was a perfect send off. While I hope to not have to use them for awhile again, I know that Matt and his team will be there when I do call, and I would never go elsewhere.
