When my father passed away and the hospital called them, the burden of burying my Dad was lifted off my shoulders as they took over the responsibility. We appreciate all that was arranged through you. It helped a lot for us to already have our burial insurance. In January when you had a Remembrance Celebration it would have been very great if you actually let us know in advance that you were going to be showing loved ones from earlier in the year of 2018. I have to assume that my husband was in that set of pictures. However, I DID stay until the whole presentation was done as I had really wanted to see him up there. By the way he died on Sunday, April 15, 2018.

I recently lost my father and made arrangements at Olinger Chapel Hill. I could not provide a higher recommendation of their services in such a challenging time for my family and I. Specifically Tina Kyte the sales associate was a pleasure to deal with. Based on other experiences I have been be pressured to secure more costly arrangements/options etc. Tina was a professional that truly took the time to understand the wishes of our family for the burial and services and then delivered a package to meet those preferences. She made it a low stress and pleasant experience despite the circumstances. Nick Karber the funeral director was also exceptional and could not have been more responsible to our needs. The entire process went smoothly and most importantly Tina and the rest of the staff were genuinely compassionate to my family and all throughout the process.

Throughout the entire process, there was a sense that the staff was ready to take as long as necessary to be sure all questions were answered, all concerns addressed and all plans completed. The service I received from Olingers Chapel Hill Dignity Memorial could not have been better. All of the arrangements were made with great sensitivity and respect. The celebrant was excellent, and created a Celebration of my husband’s life that was so personal and vivid that we felt Bill’s presence intensely. Chris Mohr went to great lengths to ensure that the occasion was exactly what I and Bill’s family wanted. Many people who attended have since commented on how wonderful the Celebration was. Everything, from the Memorial cards to the flowers, from the presentation of the urn to the reception for our guests, was perfect and exactly how we wanted it to be. All the people we met at Olingers were so sensitive and friendly and helpful. Thank you to you all for helping me to remember my husband with his friends and family in such a personal and unique way. I shall never forget the Celebration of Bill’s life. It brought me such comfort. Thank you again to Nick Karber for his help and caring attention.

First, let me point out this is a cooperate funeral home that's owned by service corporate international which is based out of Texas. If you are someone that wants to support small business then this is not the place to go. Second, they hired unlicensed staff (which is not uncommon in the state of Colorado) but they are glorified sales people that are just looking to make money. Shop local and go to licensed professionals for a better result.

Five months after my mother was laid to rest, her grave site has not been cared for. Her head stone has sunk 12 inches below ground level. Her grave is a sunken muddy mess. Sod has not been placed. Olinger's has been contacted numerous times concerning these issues. Promises have been made to correct this by certain dates, but they are empty promises. There is NO continued care! If I was able to financially, I would move my family from this terribly neglectful place! My brother and my daughter have been in contact with Gerald Jankanish and nothing has been done!

I went to the grounds while visiting a relative. While out their Tina Kyte had approached me and was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She not only helped me with question's I had regarding another spot for a family member but she was going above and beyond to accommodate me and is still staying in touch with any question's I have. Three of my grandparents are buried here and my uncle. It's a nice place to come and remember them. The grounds are always nicely kept and the staff is very kind and helpful. It's always somber to visit the Columbine memorial, but I am glad it is there.

I overlooked mistakes that were made in the execution of my daughter's funeral because I was grieving. Since then my experience with Olinger Chapel Hill has deteriorated. At one point the grounds crew ran over my daughter's grave and caused serious damage. Over a year later they still have not fully repaired or restored her grave site, despite promises to do so. A few months later, the same thing happened to a nearby grave, proving Olinger has taken zero steps to address such gross negligence. My attempts to contact management have been ignored. They already have their payment so make no effort to provide continued service or care. Rude and unprofessional.
