I have worked here for close to ten years, I could not have asked for a more dedicated and caring group of people to work for/with. With most other companies in this industry becoming more corporate controlled and less concerned with people (living or deceased), Mountain View Mortuary and Cemetery is one of the only places in this area where people ACTUALLY CARE about what they do and the services they provide. PLEASE NOTE: My Uncle Neil passed away recently and I was proud to know the staff here would take the same care and compassion when he passed that we would for ANY family's loved one. Thank you.

The staff at Mountain View Mortuary provided excellent customer service while remaining sensitive to our family. Liz and Taylor both provided us with many insights that exceeded our expectations. This is the worst place i have ever had The unpleasant misfortune of having to deal with. They were rude uncompassionate and they did not handle my loved one the way they should have. They left my family feeling violated and disrespected. At a time when we are already upset and grieving this place made it so much worse. The employees should really find a New occupation because they surely dont have any business being there. They were so heartless and just down right hateful in the way they dealt with our viewing. I wish there was a way to stop people like this from doing this to another grieving family. It was a horrible traumatizing experience. Horrible people dirty stained disgusting carpets and just all around 100% disgusting place. This olace sgould be investigated and put out of business. Very very very horrible experience.

This was the most traumatic experience i have ever had in my life after losing my gma. The man there we dealt with in making arrangements for my gma was the most disrespectful unhuman man i have ever had the displeasure of meeting. This place took horrible care of my gma. Her viewing was so upsetting i couldnt even stay there. The dirty floors the stauned furniture the dirty gurney they displayed her on all of it was so wrong and sad. I am sorry that she was even there. It was the worst experience in my life. Terrible place terrible people. They needto find another line of work. Period. Unacceptable

I have never in my dreams thought that I would have had to prepare for this. Mountain View was suggested to me by my church and I went by their advice. Unfortunately, my father passed away late on a Friday evening and when I called to set up an appointment, I was forwarded to Liz at Swan-Law. She explained to me that they were all connected via Dignity Memorial and were all part of the same team. Liz was fantastic. She was calm and listened and made suggestions for our needs. There were many options to choose from and she didn't push us into any extra options. She respected our thoughts and wishes and took her time to explain everything. Once everything was completed, she informed us that we would be contacted by their Director Lisa at Mountain View. A few days later, Lisa and I connected and she immediately made me feel comfortable. She is very professional and in this time of sadness, she helps you through it but also has a fantastic sense of humor. She let me know that if I needed anything between our first call and to the funeral, she would be available. I would like to compliment her on that because she was. She is very compassionate, a great listener and will go above and beyond to give you and your loved one dignity and respect. She is in complete control of your loved ones needs as well as your personal needs. She will prepare your loved ones ceremony the way you want it to be and inform you of specific rules that need to be followed. Lisa is a 5 star associate in my book for Mountain View and Dignity and an asset to their company. I would highly recommend Mountain View and Dignity, Liz and Lisa for your immediate needs or your personal preparation needs. Thank you Lisa and Liz!

I work just above at the cemetary. These guys are super friendly. Very knowledgeable know there stuff. I always see mikey out there cutting weeds down or blowing the street off. Very very clean bathrooms ty to nancy for that.
