My family chose Evergreen Funeral Home based on recommendations from other family members. After the death of my mother we were contacted by funeral director Jesse New. Arrangement plans were made based on our requested time. We were not sure what to expect. We were very relieved to know that we would be guided through the planning process. Ms New was extremely sensitive, knowledgeable, and supportive. During the visitation Ms New went above and beyond what is required to ensure that my family felt comfortable. There were many times Ms New made things available to us without my family asking. She was very professional and supportive during the entire process, from beginning to end. It was obvious that she truly cares for the families she works with. In addition, everything looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Evergreen Funeral Home. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

I have used Evergreen funeral home for both my father and my mothers funeral service and both times they have been amazing to me and my whole family. Ren is great at his job as a funeral director and the whole staff make you feel at home. We used the catering service for one funeral and we where very satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food and then we used the life celebration coordinator instead of a minister with the other funeral service and it was amazing, very personal and told a very touching story of my loved ones life. I would definitely use Evergreen funeral home again of needed.

Our extended family has used Evergreen Funeral Home for decades. Most recently our father died and Jamie Callaway and others at Evergreen went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible for us. They were thoughtful and professional. The funeral was at St. Mary's Cathedral and they worked well with them. The same with the cemetery. After our first face-to-face meeting, Jamie and I were able to handle things quickly and efficiently by email. We were all very happy with their service.

There are no words to describe how we were treated by Evergreen. If there were a higher number I would use it. From the day we pre-arranged my father's, Harold Froman, funeral to the day we walked out the door after his funeral we were treated as if we were family. Jesse was always close at hand when we needed her and usually knew what we needed even before we did. All the staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs treating us like family. They arranged a minister for us as we didn't have one. I spoke on the phone with him about 30/45 minutes and he did a beautiful service. You would have thought he had known my father all his life. The compassion shown to my family will never be forgotten. You could have done nothing more to help us through this loss of our father.

This review is for both Evergreen Funeral Home and Evergreen Cemetery. My family has used their services for about 30 years. My mom had passed away and had already purchased her resting place, but we needed to plan the service and the funeral. The staff did an amazing job! This process can be hard and stressful, thankfully everyone we worked with was helpful and respectful. The staff made the planning process as easy as they could and offered professional advice on what to include and what we didn't absolutely need. After the planning was finished and the services were started the whole thing went very smoothly and that was a blessing. I have to give special thanks to the hairdressers and beauticians they worked magic with my mom and she looked amazing. I really can't say enough good things about our experience here, it was better then I could have asked for.

No parent should ever have to bury their child. The entire Evergreen staff was beyond professional and comforting when all I could manage was nodding my head yes or no. I answered the questions and made the selections for what we wanted for the service. They allowed me and friends to bring in all kinds of memorabilia, helped set up the visitation room AND assisted during the service. They added their special touches to the ceremony atmosphere as well. In one’s time of desperate need, the Evergreen staff provided the much needed professional, level-headedness and compassionate assistance allowing us and the guests to celebrate our child’s life in a most awesome way. The staff here have been absolutely amazing to my family and accommodating our needs. When he passed away in 2009, my sister was treated with utmost respect and patience. When she passed away in 2017, I was treated with the same kindness and professionalism. The staff went out of their way to comply with my wishes, even when things got complicated.
