Made arrangements for my dad who was close to dying. They said they could work with us when we could assess money to pay for cremation. Their definition of working with us was you want the ashes for the service then you must pay bill in full. If this was their policy they should have stated it uo front and not said they would be understanding and work wirh us. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

Gentleman who was the funeral director was not at all what I expected when dealing with the passing of a loved one. This guy was jolly, a comedian and acted as if he was in some kind of performance. Not to mention that the services felt extremely rushed. I would never use this mortuary for one of my own family members in the future. Very distasteful.

Our family has used Drinkwine Mortuary services for 5 of our family members over the years and they have always gone out of their way to accommodate us with whatever we needed. We appreciate your kindness during such a hard.hard time.

Unfortunately I did alot of crying after the service was complete! Do to Jill Drinkwine getting my moms birthday wrong on the death certificates i was forced to have it corrected at my expense. It was her mistake but i had to pay not the 10$ she told me it was for each death certificate but 40$ for one. VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING!! After having many deaths in the family and going here we had trust and faith in them. We will not be back!!
