This was a terrible experience .... customer service at this establishment is non existent. Seems as if the entirety is ran by two brothers . No receptionist . no one answers the phone, No one to answer “detailed” questions. Have to pull things out of the robotic two that work there . When a person passes and your loved one is taken to them, you would think there would be some compassion there. I guess they are immune seeing death daily. Hopefully they will read this and take this criticism and turn it to a positive.
Peoples loved ones are in your hands, at least give the families ultimate respect. There is a huge communication issue with the two men there that do not explain anything ....meaning nothing is said on their own . You have to keep asking to get any answer. The two are rushing you as if their lunch has been disrupted. If it’s that bad Hire Help!
I would have never left my loved one there knowing all this prior, but my family member had a prepaid service from years ago unfortunately.
The establishment itself needs a huge makeover. I say this because it’s very musty in there, no ventilation and if there is they are trying to save on utilities. Very very dated . I have seen other mortuaries in Pueblo and none of them are delapitated as this is.
***It would really be nice for them to greet in a professional manner and when you leave to feel good about leaving your loved one there.***
I hope this helps the general public look into this prior to making that huge decision of leaving your loved one with them. I am hugely disappointed.
Dealing with grief and loss and then Davis Mortuary’s unprofessionalism .
Terrible experience
