My Mom died last year unexpectedly. Chapwl of Memories went above and beyond for us. I am on a fixed income and they really helped me out by keeping costs down and still having a really nice service. The only complaint I had was getting an item I ordered. I was the fingerprint pendant. I didn't get it til many months later. FIRST, it wasn't ordered which under different circumstances could have been problematic. My mom wanted to be cremated. You can see the problem. Luckily, they did get her fingerprint. But her funeral was in January and I didn't get it, FINALLY, until May or June. Honestly, despite that, they were very kind, compassionate and very understanding. The pendant was a small thing. I VERY highly recommend them!!

Had my friend's memorial here. They made a major mistake on the obituary by using female pronouns when he was male and they refused to correct it. Completely unprofessional and careless. Go somewhere else.
