Totally unprofessional! My wife wrote a obituary for her father that was very fitting for him, the staff took it upon themselves to edit the words of the obituary and changed the intended meaning. What gave them the right to do so. It broke my wife that they did this to her and the family was recommended to come here by her brothers “wife” worst mistake don’t go here.

If i could give a negative 20 for a rating i would! My grandfather's funeral was held here. I haven't been more embarrassed for my dad! Phyllis Robinson "Funeral Director" was unprofessional in front of the entire room when our video of my grandpa wouldn't play. She told our grieving family that we should have had recorded on a certain DVD to play his slideshow. And that she didnt know what else to tell us. We had the video professionally made. It played at our house, at the tech guys business, at our families house the night before. They didnt put the input on HDMI and blamed it on us. I would not recommend this place to have a funeral.

It was an amazing feeling when I saw Yanera & her brother come to my father Savador J. Acuna's home after he passed. The respect and compassion they showed our family was priceless! Our familys go back to when it all started for the Mcculley family here in Pueblo. My father respected and loved your parents. My father was treated like royalty!
