Ms. Bernadette Russo and her staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled with the greatest care, respect, and dignity. I will be forever grateful to Ms. Bernie and her team. This place is the final resting of all my family that was a part of Lancaster in the 1930's until now. We would never go any where else and have the most respect for Joshua Memeorial Park as they have shown to our family. While it is never a place one would want to conduct business at, yet when it does happen we the Allard family would never think of going anywhere else.

This place is the worst its a shame that my father is buried there I had called and made arrangements to pick up my a flower arrangement I had hand made for my father and I went the day I had said I was gonna pick it up and it was gone everyone in the office had no answers for me and they told me someone must have stole it I just can't seem to believe that they have ppl working o. The yard and other stuff out here and no one knows what happened to it no knowledge of it all I'm extremely upset and if so if ppl are really stealing stuff they have no intentions to do anything about it where is the sensitivity to us who have loss so disappointed theirs so quick to charge for everything but they can't even put the the plaque when they say the would it a complete joke

I have many family members here. Since my father passing in 1999 then my brother then my sister just recently in February, the staff here were fantastic. Our arrangements were not the easiest they worked with us, helped us, and made sure we were ok. They made them selves available to us 24/7 they were so patient with us and catered to our every need. I highly recommend there services. Bernie, lordes thank you again your staff is fantastic

My wife was taken care of very nice I had ordered a marker for her burial site. Unfortunately i could not keep the payments up,and the contract was closed. I recently moved to nampa,id and tryed making contact with Patti to see if i could open another contact and pay cash for it so this way my wife would not have a unmarked grave. But i have not heard anything back about it. Sometimes i wonder if i ever will.

This place will lie to your face as they use a power, that they grant to themselves, to pick who they want to be the heir, whoever they like working with best. Then they purposely excluded all other heirs from the paperwork they submit. They basically decide who gets to make all the decisions for the entire family, then they feed this BS to the county. Now if your not the chosen one, then you have to now prove to the county that you are indeed an heir. They tell none of the heirs that they have been excluded completely from the estate until the death certificate arrives..and once that arrives the damage is done and they just tell you sorry we ruined all of your lifes, but it made our job easier and we precisely followed the rules we wrote that allow us to steal from you. Tip top scumbags
