I came here with my girlfriend whom I love very much the facility is nice its where her son is burried and she was really highly hurt & upset that when we got there someone had removed the christmas tree she had sat in front of her sons laid to resting place. so I went and got him another & everything I needed to decorate and replace her son a really beautiful nice medium sized christmas tree with lights and all that it was nice ....

Two stars just for the simple fact I had my car broken into a couple days after Christmas. Went to pay my respects to my Grandma that passed away while I was deployed. She is laid to rest in the Mausoleum and was with my wife and three kids. Parked my van right in front. Spent about 15-20 minutes in there and had my window bashed in and my wifes purse stolen with my wallet in it. Made a police report and security had no cameras anywhere. After that whole headache I have never felt comfortable going back. Obviously im not saying not to go but just be aware of your surroundings.

This was the first time our family had to make arrangements for our loved one & Jenn was there every step of the way. She was compassionate, professional, comforting, and easily accessible! Greenwood Memorial Park honored our Dad's pre-paid arrangement with no issues and Jenn helped us finalize my Dad's internment, which was at Miramar National Cemetery. My husband and I are very grateful for the care that Sean Renfroe took with all the details for his mother's services. We had to make all the arrangements from Texas and when we arrived there was nothing left undone. We even added a picture that Greenwood offered and they made it happen. The sanctuary was beautiful and enough room for friends and family. We were not rushed to make any decisions and was able to think every detail through. Once my husband and I returned to Texas, Sean took the extra step to make sure that the inscription for his mother's niche was correct by sending us pictures once it was complete and in place. Sean Renfroe and Sharon Cole were very compassionate and sympathetic to our family. The death of our son was very sudden and my husband and I were at a loss as to what we needed to do. Both Sean and Sharon helped us make difficult decisions and were very understanding when we changed our minds about some of the arrangements at the last minute. Sharon even came by the chapel on the day of the funeral to make sure everything went well. Sean communicated with me through e-mails when we were not able to take care of details in person. We appreciate everything Sean and Sharon helped us with and would recommend them highly to anyone in the same situation.

I wanted to take a minute and post a very positive review of Greenwood. Greenwood just recently covered my Dads services. The service was respectful, dignified and well executed. All the Greenwood staff that my family and I came into contact with were very responsive our requests and the services provided were top notch. Both my parents now are buried here together and the place is kept up quite well. Greenwood honored my dad’s contract from 1977 with no issues, coordinated with the USMC for his full military honors, updated both name plates for dad and mom on the granite stone and were just all in all nice people throughout the experience. Thank you Greenwood for making what is always a tough experience go as smoothly and as memorable as you did.

Anticipate a "Service Failure", incompetence, indifference, unprofessionalism, and a lack of any compassion if you have the misfortune of using Greenwood Memorial Park. We had the misfortune of working with Nancy Tran whose only focus was to sell as many services as she could. It reminded us of a VERY SLIMY USED CAR DEALERSHIP. No compassion whatsoever!! Due to her lack of attentiveness or just plain incompetence she missed the request and contracted services for lowering the casket into the grave by ensuring the proper equipment had been secured resulting in the need to bring in “heavy equipment” aka a bulldozer/backhoe to facilitate the lowering of the casket. We had to clear the grave site, to allow the heavy equipment (bulldozer/backhoe) to come in to lower my father’s casket. As they put heavy cables around the casket and pulled it up, the casket swung around wildly until it was in a position to lower. A loved one should never be laid to rest in such an undignified manner! The leadership team, Cathy Fiorelli - GM, and Mark Gilmore -VP have been equally indifferent explaining they had a "Service Failure" but technically they executed on opening the grave and burying our father. Such indignity and arrogance that should be a warning they don't care about taking proper care of burying a loved one. What they have continuously failed to recognize and address is the emotional duress and damage they caused my mother and family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS CEMETERY AND ORGANIZATION! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND NOT MEETING THEIR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS OR PROPERLY ADDRESSING THEIR "SERVICE FAILURES"!

I had the worst customer service at Greenwood mortuary. My mom passed away in September of last year. I am giving three stars because the people who helped pick her up at the home where she passed and the employees responsible for laying her to rest were amazing. However, I had the worst experience when approx 4 months later I wanted to order her grave maker. Nancy Tran is the most unprofessional person I have ever done business with. I then requested to work with another person to place the order of my mother's grave maker. I paid for the marker on 2/20/19. The communication was terrible. I gave the final approval of the layout 5 separate times. ( Three times by phone and twice by email) I finally visited Greenwood on Mother's Day of this year only to be told they were waiting form my approval. The approval I gave 5 times already. No one called me, no one followed up with me. I was livid. So once again I approved the layout on 5/11/19. I was told I would receive a phone call once it was installed. NO ONE called me. A few months later I visited my mom and to my surprise the maker was installed. If you can lay your loved one to rest elsewhere please do. I will never refer or have anything to do with Greenwood in the future.

My Mother just passed away last month and this is where my brother and sister chose to rest her body! On the day of the viewing I was able to go paint My Mommas nails before the viewing started! When I first showed up the first person I saw was Patty !! She gave me the most sweetest , loving, comforting hug ever!! I felt as if she were part of my family!❤️❤️❤️, Then when I walked up to see My Momma I noticed how beautiful My Mother looked! Her hair and her makeup looked amazing! ...
