My overall experience with all souls mortuary and cemetery was not appropriate. There associates are not professional and all they are interested in is the money. They do not check out who the person is that is making arrangements and that person signed documents (death certificate ) fraudulently. My father is buried there and since the associates did not clarify with me on requests at that time, I would like to relocate him. I suggest to anyone who is thinking of having a loved one buried there to do there research first. Thank you.

I wish i knew of Jenni Rivera sooner, since her passing i started learning more about her life, she was a strong and kind hearted woman. she reminded me so much of my mother. And i now watch her reality show "I love jenni" and her sense of humor and the way she interacts with her kids is so similar to the way my mom is with my Brother and I. I introduced my mom into the show "I love jenni" she feels the same why i do ... and now she cant get enough of Jenni... I played Jenni song: when a lady dies it brought my mother and I to tears. i hope the best for Rivera family. i know jenni is watching over them. <3

My only brother's services were last week and I can't thank the staff enough for their guidance and support towards my family. Going through this experience is enough to make you crazy that they made it so nice and accommodating. I have had many of my family members buried here and I am confident that my husband and I will also start to make arrangements so that we can also be buried at All Souls. Special thanks to Susan D., Filomena, Debra and Judy and Sister Miriam for making it a seamless experience. We will forever be grateful to all of you.

Several of my family members are buried here my grandparents, aunts & uncles, & my father. It Is a pleasant and serene cemetery, the mortuary & chapel is beautiful. The Mausoleum is Very Peaceful & Relaxing. Sixteen years ago my mother & I had to pre- arrange my fathers funeral while he was terminally ill, we had the sweetest counselor then her name was Irene what a lovely caring woman she helped us tremendously as well as the sisters in charge, they gave us exceptional caring service. Recently my mother wanted to pre plan her final arrangements for herself, our counselor Rodrigo Nodari was a tremendous help he met with my mother several months ago when she was at the cemetery visiting my father, she decided to walk in a inquire on some information, Rodrigo was very helpful to her, with scheduling conflicts I was unable to pin down a date to meet Mr. Nodari at the time, through a series of emails and schedule arranging for myself & my mother Mr. Nodari was very accommodating & agreed to have us all meet at my residence in Irvine. Upon Meeting Mr Nodari I was very please with his diligent service as a counselor caring disposition and our meeting lasted over 2 hours with all the conversation & giving us a thorough idea of what All Souls has to offer concerning final arrangements. Mr Nodari answered my mothers questions completely, dis demeanor was very kind warm and friendly, very professional in his field. If your looking for a counselor with professionalism, willing to accommodating to your schedule with a caring and very sweet demeanor Mr. Rodrigo Nodari is fantastic to deal with. My Mother & I Appreciate Your Service Mr. Nodari Thank You Very Much.

they have the most dumbest policies here. even if you are being buried here, if you did not use their mortuary then you get no extra services! you cant use a reception hall, you cant use one of their priests. NOTHING. and then Catholics wonder why other religions don't like them. because they are selfish! if we are paying to have someone buried there who is catholic then we should be able to get those extra services. ALL OF MY FAMILY IS BURIED HERE ALREADY! I think my family has paid MORE than enough to get some extras.

Not open 24 hours. Was in from out of state to visit my brother's grave. Arrived ten minutes after closing. Security refused to admit me. The security is extremely rude and impersonal. I begged for 5 minutes to visit the gravesite and was asked to leave or else they would call the police. Security guard was on a power trip and was pelvic thrusting so that I would notice his handgun and really trying to thrust his gun towards me. All I was trying to do is visit my dead brother's grave. Terrible human beings. This cemetery and more importantly Google should be ashamed of themselves. Please see pictures that I have uploaded of the security guards and share your thoughts, opinions and middle fingers. Security refused to give me their names to fill complaints. I don't generally wish I'll thoughts towards people but I'll make an exception here for this special bread of douche bags.

THEY DUG OUT THE WRONG GRAVE AT MY FAMILY MEMBERS FUNERAL ! PLEASE READ BEFORE HAVING YOUR LOVED ONES BURIED HERE! WORST CEMETERY TO EVER EVEN CONSIDER HAVING YOUR LOVED ONES LAY TO REST! First off, the staff is rude and don't do their job right, or even give thoughts that you loss a loved one and its a stressful time enough, so they ADD more unneeded stress to this experience. we had many family members buried here with PAID double plots etc. To add to the rudeness of their "staff" THEY DUG UP THE WRONG GRAVE AT MY GREAT GRANDFATHERS FUNERAL! VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO MY FAMILIES BELIEFS AND TO WHO IS AT REST IN THAT SPOT! I can imagine who else is burred in a wrong spot or had this experience . NO REAL APOLOGY WAS EVEN GIVEN THEY EVEN SAID THEY WOULD DO IT "LATER" WHAT DO YOU MEAN LATER?!? Imagine having family from outta STATE flying/driving in and even after having to come for a FUNERAL, having to see them dig out the wrong grave part and having to re do it where they're supposed to! How they are still a running "business" i dont even know, and im very sorry to anybody who has to go through this or has been thru this with All Souls!

My sister and I visited All Souls while my mom was at the end of her hospice care. Her parents were buried at All Souls over 30 years ago. She wanted to be cremated so that she could remain with each of her three children. For the moment we entered the mortuary there was not one word of sympathy given. The staff was rude, and when we asked about dividing the ashes the woman said absolutely not yet couldn't give us a reason why because she was new. She walked in with a folder of information and a post it with a time we could return to meet with her. No consideration of what might work with our schedule. She never even gave us her contact information or name. We asked to see the chapel, and she said no one could do that right now, but when we came back on Friday someone could. Then she asked to escort us out. We left there stunned. It was a horrible experience. If we could, we'd have our grandparents exhumed. They appeared to be more about what you were spending and not what you were experiencing. We are Catholic. To call themselves a Catholic Mortuary/Cemetery is a disgrace.
