I can not express the professionalism that was shown to my family and I during the transitioning of my brother, I was very impressed with Samuel from start to finish, during the arraignment making process, he was very kind,patient and understanding, he did not try and sell me something I didn't want. He made us feel like family, the more we talked, the more we realized we knew some of the same people. I honestly believe that my brother would have been very pleased with his homegoing celebration all because of Samuel Vance and Sons. Again I thank you for a job well done.

I never thought I would be writing a review for a funeral home. Mr. Vance (Sam) and his staff were professional and personable individuals. From the time they showed up at the house in the early morning hours full dressed out in a suits. I knew we had made the right decision. My daughter asked me "Did they have to put on a suit at 2:30 am" ? The prices and package deals on burial and cremations services are second to none. Mr. Vance did not try to up sell us a funeral we could not afford. We wanted a simple affordable service. That is what we got. A few of our family members were unsure how things would turn out because we had never used this funeral home. We all could not believe how beautiful and young my aunt looked. We are not looking to use your services anytime soon, just know our family in Hot Springs, AR will call on Mr. Vance again.

"The Epitome of Service" is a perfect and accurate description of our experience with you. You gave us the Willie Wade we were all used to seeing. He looked perfect and amazing.
