My Mother unexpectedly passed and the original plan was to go to Griffin & Leggett as that is where several of our family have been previously buried. Unfortunately things had clearly changed since our last family member passed and was buried there. Now they clearly are all about the money. The entire time spent there was a waste of time as the amounts for every little touch were incredibly expensive, the atmosphere was without empathy, and the people involved made you go through their entire presentation regardless of the price range we explained was needed. We decided to go elsewhere and then have her laid to rest next to my Dad as her plot was there. Meeting John Harris at Moore's was completely the opposite. Compassion, consideration, and understanding are inadequate words to explain the difference between the 2 places. Working with him was incredibly meaningful during a heartbreaking moment. The day of the ceremony was all my family hoped for. Their chapel is lovely. Again, John was personally there every step of the way in supporting our family and requests. We're so very grateful.
