We just left this poor excuse of a funeral home. We lost our brother/son/friend to suicide this Friday, and he was taken to this dump without any authorization from the family. Upon discussion of the service, we were quoted $2,995 for a traditional visitation and cremation, which was fine. They then went on to tell us that it would cost an additional $1000 to RENT the casket for the 1-hour service. When we disputed this with the employee Zac, he went and got the owner, his mother-in-law, Ann. Ann came with an extremely abrasive attitude and went on to tell us that paying for his casket was the same as “paying for a sack of groceries at Walmart.” When we explained that we thought this business practice was cruel and absurd, Ann (the owner) said to us, “it always comes down to money with you people”, she went on to tell us that we should “take him and leave.” We lost our brother three days ago, and this is how they treat people, completely insensitive, callous, and disrespectful. God forbid if you find yourself in need of a funeral home please do not give these people your business, they truly do not deserve it.

This is long over due! Ann and her crew are exceptional, my Father Paul Sr. Passed in Aug 2012. Being at the funeral home gave my family and I a feeling of warmth!! They are highly recommended by my family!! Paul Vujicic Jr.
