They do not reconize arrangements made by people that is paid for. Allowed things to be cut and had a very expensive car ride to the cemetary where my Stepdad was laid to rest. Denna is rude told me there was a pecking order and I was not in it. I will not use this place at all. I maybe just a step child however he lived married to my mother for 38 years, and raised us. I am applauded with all that has transpired with his service.

When I went to Ashbury for a copy of a death certificate, the woman working in the office was incredibly rude and condescending.

Ashby did my grandfathers funeral in March, and it was the worst funeral experience I have ever had! I worked for a funeral home for 3 years, and we prided ourselves on professionalism, quality care for our customers, and the best possible service we could give. During arrangements, the funeral director was rude, didn't want to honor the policy my grandfather paid for, and put my family through unnecessary interrogation..yes...interrogation. I had worked hard to supply her with the information she needed, and then she refused to even use the packet they sent the family with. Why would you sent a packet to be filled out, if you aren't going to use it during arrangements?! She wasted my families time, and made everything difficult. I wouldn't recommend this funeral home to ANYONE.
