At our son's sudden passing we traveled to az from mn and we was introduced to legacy by my sister and upon meeting with Sissy in our time of sorrow she made us feel comfortable and like family. Sissy was very compassionate and straight forward in a way that our loved one would be well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff for going beyond the call of duty. I would recommend legacy to others. Sincerely the Millers and Mullins family.

Recently my brother passed away. Unfortunately most of the family live out of state including his daughter. This required arrangements for cremation to be handled by phone or email. In all of my years, over 40, as a pastor helping people with funerals, I have never experienced such a high volume of incompetence and uncaring as I have experienced with Legacy Funeral Home and Janelle. Calls were not returned, although they were called several times. There were no services provided other than the disposal of the body. There was no cooperation from them. Being a great distance away and unable to come to the Phoenix area make the whole situation very difficult and heartbreaking as it was. Dealing with this company compounded the grief and has prolonged it. They advertise grief counseling...well let's just say they would never get any of my business for anything.

Legacy and their staff along with Allen Crsmation were amazing. They took such good care of my father and they were gracious and caring with our family. They did everything just a little faster and a little better than they promised. We started by calling one of the 800 numbers for a multi state discount places, Jennifer rescued us from what would have been a terrible experience and in the end we spent less because she only provided what were really needed. It is obvious that their first concern is for their clients. They treated my father like their own loved one. Thank you all from the Woelke Family. Mike Woelke

I would not recommend Legacy Funeral Home. We understood our mother's ashes were ready for us, so we went to get them this morning. After waiting for a very long time, we finally found a staff member to explain what was going on. Apparently the paper work was not done. We also had to wait a very long time for the payment to be processed because their VISA machine was not working. They handed over the box of ashes as if they were some kind of merchandise off a shelf. At no time did they express any sympathy for our loss and we left wondering if the ashes in the box were even our mother's.

Very Disappointed. My grandfather passed on May 12th and we still have not received his death certificate. We had given them payment for his cremation witch include a death cert. and had everything taken care of in the beginning of April but the day after he passed, they still didn't have his paperwork done and didn't show that the check had been received. We were told when he passed that the death cert would only take 2-3 weeks to get back because his hospice doctor had already signed off on it and now 2 months later, Pinal county records is saying they still haven't received payment from the funeral home. I don't understand why they haven't filed the paperwork or sent payment yet. We have been told multiple times by Legacy that everything has been sent off and they are just waiting for it to come back. We have a lot of things that need to be handled and can't without the cert. Very Very disappointing!!!

My daughter passed away August 8th, and I had no idea what to do. But I had a list of funeral homes I was going to go to Legacy being the first, I met with Jenelle, and I knew right away in just speaking with her for a few moments this is where I was going to stay, and entrust my daughter to be. It was a HUGE HUGE DECISION, & the PERFECT decision, Jenelles voice was comforting and trusting, the whole team was VERY great as a whole. From start to finish they went above and beyond to make me feel more comforted in the worst time of my life, the pain itself is overwhelming, to have people like this on your team is just the best thing I could ever ask for at a time like this. It's like letting family take care of family. I will forever be Thankful. Jenelle thank you for your comfort, and for going the distance for us. LEGACY truly amazing thank you.

My husband passed away unexpectedly on the 31st of October, he was only 49 years old. I was so distraught that I could not even think of what to do. My mom called a couple places and then called Legacy. She spoke with Jenelle and said after speaking with her my mom told me that Legacy is where we needed to go. We met with Jenelle and right away I saw and felt her compassion and empathy I knew in my heart that she would take care of my husband. She shared her knowledge of the processes and time frames. Jenelle directed me on whom to contact and where I needed to go for things and has been with me throughout this entire process and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns. When I call and she is with another family, I know that she will get back to with me as soon as she can. I Thank God that there are people like her in this world that can do the job she does. I would definitely recommend Legacy Funeral Homes to any of my family and friends. After my dads passing, we spoke with Page regarding using their services for a funeral. She was very transparent with me on pricing and she genuinely cared about my family’s needs. She was on call at the time and always answered the phone professionally and met up with us on site to answer any questions we may have had. We had a limited budget and she was adamant that they could work with us on pricing and made us feel listened to. Unfortunately we didn’t end up using their services due to last minute changes in plans, however legacy funeral home is amazing and will do what they can to make the stress of planning a funeral as minimal as possible.

They ripped off my family. When my mother died we set up the cremation and we purchased a necklace with her fingerprint and birthstone. They completely overcharged us for the cremation ($1,300). We were gonna move her somewhere where they would only charge us $500, they told us we would be charged $1,00 for her to be moved. Ridiculous! We ended up going through with the cremation because we were stuck. The cremation didn’t include an urn, just a bag of her ashes in a cardboard box. We received the necklace 12 weeks after receiving the ashes. The necklace was a cheap string, the birthstone was so tiny, and what was supposed to be her fingerprint wasn’t a fingerprint at all. This caused so much more pain than we needed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
