This place is exceptional in every way. The staff there is the most compassionate and caring people I have ever met. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my family. I lost my partner of 20 years unexpectedly and the way they handled everything is beyond words to all they did. Their prices were unbelievably reasonable and was NEVER asked for another penny although ALLOT more was provided to me. I dont know what I would have done if I had not gone to Lakeshore Mortuary. THEY ARE AMAZING!

At the end of May, I had pre-paid for funeral arrangements through this business. To date I have never received the Benefit Summary Document or the Dignity Memorial Emergency card. I have contacted the person whom I dealt with 2 times but have not heard back from him.

Be careful! I am absolutely livid with Lakeshore Mortuary! I simply called for prices, was asked a ton of questions just for someone to get back to me, and never got a call back. I even requested that they not do ANYTHING until I had prices, as I was undecided. They showed up at the hospital to pick up my loved one! I had chosen another funeral home and never authorized them to take her. Thank goodness the hospital staff called to double check my request, or she would have gone to a place I did not request. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of someone at a time of mourning. The call was recorded, so they can play it back and hear me say not to do anything. I have heard this is not the first time they have done this.

Funeral directors and staff are highly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. All options and costs were clearly presented and explained. There was no pressure to purchase services or products, all decisions were left up to my family. The facility has been updated and has new arrangement rooms with computer presentation on a big screen, making it easy and fast to see the options and finalize arrangements. I highly recommend Lakeshore Mortuary.

Lakeshore Mortuary was absolutely wonderful to my family last year and helped us thru the hardest time of our lives with the loss of my mother. They answered my call at 10pm on a Friday and setup a meeting for the next day. They took excellent care of us all and were very accomodating. The property is very pretty and well kept. The staff was amazing.

Those attending the service thought he was a friend of my brothers because it seemed like he had known him for years.
