The important stuff was all properly taken care of and went smoothly with two exceptions: 1) After the memorial ceremony, the entire gathering was left waiting about 30 minutes while staff finished preparing for the catered meal. 2) The quality and quantity of food was disappointing considering the price. We would have been far better served by arranging our own catered event.

This facility does a nice job with their services. The memorial hall is quite imposing. I would suggest that they clean up the area outside the crematorium.

I am literally appalled at my aunts service. The lady holding the service couldn't even get my Aunt Vicky's name right. She kepts calling her "Debby" through the service. Started out with the correct name but ended up calling her debby 5 or 6 times. My poor grandma couldn't even have a proper burial for her daughter. For the amount of money spent ($27000); they could have cared enough to get her name right, but they didn't. Take your money elsewhere, you might have a chance to give your loved one a proper goodbye. And not one tarnished by the fact they Dont care.

From the moment we contacted Green Acres Cemetery, to the final goodbye at my father's funeral, their service and willingness to accommodate all of our requests were exemplary. We did not feel pressured at all in picking out our father's package, and Kevin and John went out of their way to assist us. Planning a funeral service is difficult, but Kevin and John were very compassionate. I would not hesitate to recommend Green Acres Cemetery, and I thank them for their outstanding service. It's just what a cemetery should be.

Although our loved one had made most arrangements prior to his passing, the staff at Green Acres was very helpful with the remaining details. They were always available to answer our calls or see us in person. The new hospitality room and catering worked out really well and made it very easy to plan a reception. Their celebrant, Ronda, was incredible. She met with us personally and called other family members to get background information. The service she officiated was the perfect mix of memories and Christian messages. After the services, the staff contacted us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied and to offer condolences.
