I can't believe the way Carolina spoke to my husband, it was absolutely inappropriate and I was shocked and hurt to be disrespected in such a manner in front of so many people. Funeral staff should be respectful, compassionate, kind, but I am so disappointed to report, she absolutely was not. I would never trust my loved ones with this place for any reason.

On march 1st of 2018 we had services for our niece Viviana here. It was a very nice place, Annabelle one of the staff members took care of our every need, she was very attentive, and personable!! She made sure our family was well taken care of, she personalized it every way she could , things my niece loved. I would highly recommend this funeral home. I went in asking for a general price list. The receptionist asked for my last name. You don't need my name to hand me a price list. She kept telling me one moment while she went to the back office. She comes out and says someone will be with me in a minute. I clearly stated four times I did NOT want to meet with anyone I just wanted a list. Again, she went to the back and after a few more minutes I left. Steer clear of this place! Who knows what kind of shady charges you'll end up paying?!?!
