A total nightmare. These people were RUDE1 ATER HAVING THEM PICK UP THE BODY WE HAD TO HAVE IT MOVED TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME FOR VIEWING fALCONER CHARGED US AN EXTRA $150. NOT A GOOD TIME TO ACT THIS WAY!

The unexpected death of my husband 7 weeks ago was something no-one should ever experience. Planning his funeral was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Christian Timothy was so caring, thoughtful, and compassionate it made the task bearable. Everything was throughly explained to me involving cremation. I felt confident in my choice of funeral home when I left that day. For his memorial service Christian had a list of things they like to do, memorial table, CD with 70 plus photo's of him and 3 songs to go with it, roses for family and friends to place on his scattering urn. A large photo of him they would make for people attending to view and flowers he liked at the service. The memorial service was lovely. Christian is who spoke, as I gave him numerous emails to read that I received from friends and family who live out of state. Plus about 25 online tributes from the obituary. He read them all. Everyone enjoyed hearing the things people said. For such a sad day for me it was a beautiful service for him. I thank Christian and his team at Falconer Funeral Home for making this happen as painless for me as possible. I would recommend this funeral home. Thank you so much Christian

My brother passed away suddenly a little over a week ago. I live out of state, but my daughter lives in Gilbert, so she helped me make some phone calls to decide what funeral home to use. She called Falconer Funeral Home late in the evening and got an answer right away. She said that they were so kind and caring and he just made her feel comfortable in a very sad time. She called other funeral homes, but they were more business-like and all about adding extra expenses that seemed to come standard with Falconer's packages. We chose to go with Falconer and did not for one minute regret our decision. Christian and his assistant Madison made us feel comfortable from the minute we stepped into their funeral home. They were professional, but at the same time very caring and helped us understand the process of death and made a difficult and sad situation, not nearly so painful. They were prompt in getting back to me about some issues that arose and just helped us get through this sad time. He got the permits for us to transport the casket to Northern Arizona for the burial and provided a casket cover to help protect it as we traveled. Madison got us death certificates within 3 days. Because Christian didn't actually do the burial, he called us later that evening to make sure that we had made it to our destination safely. I couldn't be happier about the caring service rendered to our family and would highly recommend them.

Money did not seem to be an issue, instead, we were met with the most courteous, loving, compassionate care in our time of need. The professionalism, organizational skills, and knowledge of the Funeral Director greatly reduced our stress during this time. Beware if you aren't spending a lot of money, don't expect to be treated well. The counselor/salesperson told us the death certs would be there in 1 week. My step son flew out from Nebraska to start probate, so we needed the certificates when they were promised. After 1 week (on a Wednesday) I called several times. Every day I was told she went to vital records and they weren't ready. She kept repeating this day after day, on Wednesday, on Thursday and on Friday, even though we went to vital records on Thursday and got the certificates ourselves. I let this go on for a few days because I wanted to see how long she would continue with this story . Why would she do that? Then when the decedents son picked up his father's ashes, they would very rude to him. Not a condolence to be heard. What a terrible way to treat a family in mourning.
