I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bunker Family Funeral. My first experience was hearing Paula's kind voice on the phone, the morning after my dear husband passed. The staff are all so wonderful and kind. They never pressured me to buy anything. They even presented me with fresh baked cookies - and a bag to bring them home. It seems silly to put so much importance on that--- but when your world is turned upside down and the pain is gut wrenching, the little details like that speak volumes. On several occasions, Debbie and Paula reached out to me in the weeks following, just to check in on me. No ulterior motive. Just to see how I was. I have had 2 experiences. The 1st was when I asked a representative from Bunker to come to my home, and help me with preplanning cremation services for myself. The gentleman that helped me was so nice, and patient with my questions. The service is very affordable so I got that. Then my mom decided she would like Bunker to handle her own death needs. Sadly, a few months later my mom passed. The men who came to bring mother to the funeral home were so kind, and respectful. They even laid a rose over the blanket as they took her away.
