Jacqueline, fondly referred to as our Arizona Angel, was attentive to our every need and called us day or night to address our questions and concerns. Her expertise helped us to fulfill the death and burial requirements in two states. She also protected our financial interests, enabling us to purchase first-class services and materials at an affordable price. Every time we began to feel discouraged or feared we might overlook important details, she energized us with her reassurance and confidence-building support. With the support of Jacqueline and Serenicare, we completed everything in a timely fashion and celebrated Dad’s life with the most beautiful service and burial...far beyond what we had imagined!

My husband had pancreatic cancer. Christina Bird and I exchanged several emails because I was the sole caregiver for my husband. During the entire process, she went out of her way to answer all questions and give me the options that were available. The compassion was absolutely STRENGTHENING to me. I cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about the KIND and CARING attitude. We had to work with 2 mortuaries for transfer to another state. Then 2nd mortuary VOLUTEERED the information that SereniCare was very EASY to work with. When my husband passed away in the early hours, SereniCare was only 1 hour away. When my Mom was in hospice and we knew the end was near, we had pre planned with SereniCare for her final care. The night she passed and we made the call, we were comforted knowing that they would come quickly, be loving with her body and respond to the family with care; and they did. To see people you know come through the door knowing they are right on top of things was a great comfort. We were able to go dress my Mom to get her ready for the funeral. We were able to do hair, nails, and makeup. It was a quiet, loving environment and it made it a special time to say our last good-byes. The funeral was done so professionally and SereniCare met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Christina Bird and Crew. We will be forever grateful.

Even tho my husband and i were going thru a really hard time back in October 2013 with the lost of our twin babies the process of cremation went smooth with SereniCare! One of the gentleman from SereniCare showed up to our home and explained to us the process and was very patient with us in taking our information. He also told us that we could go see our babies any time we wanted. and we did! and every time we went my babies were presented to us nice and clean. They worked with us on the price and we paid half the price that other funeral homes were charging us. I would recommend SereniCare any day 100%

I can't even begin to express how blessed we were to find Sandy and her team! During one of the most difficult times that anyone can go through she helped so much. Unfortunately we went through some major family drama and Sandy worked with us and was able to go above and beyond what is expected. She was alway so kind and understanding and tried her best to get everything set promptly, which is what we wanted. No one likes to go through any family death nor think about it, but really All Options Funeral Home was the biggest help and blessing.

If I could give Sandy a 10 star review I would. She was an absolute angel to us during the worst few days of our life. We feel like she's a member of our family for how loving, compassionate and kind she is. And Sandy is a maestro at her craft. The way she dressed & did our daughter's makeup and hair and placed her so delicately in the casket, our daughter looked as lovely as she was in life, was simply resting peacefully, and would wake any moment to hug us. We took way longer than expected to say our final farewells in Sandy's lovely chapel and Sandy was so patient with us. Sandy's fees were much lower than other funeral homes we received quotes from but her personal attention was so much better that I believe she far and away provides much, much more value than her peers. Sandy personally drove our daughter's casket to the cemetery and held our daughter's dog during the graveside service. There was a glitch in the death certificate process and Sandy's team creatively resolved it. I'm recommending All Options to everyone I know. This isn't just a job to Sandy, it's a ministry. Thank you, thank you, Sandy!

I would like to thank SereniCare and it's staff for all their assistance in handling all the necessary arrangements needed when my dad passed away recently. Everything was done in a very caring and professional manner. As anyone knows, losing a love one is tough. I am drawing a blank on his name now but the guy who dressed dad to the "nines" did a great job - especially on the makeup. He looked very natural and not caked up. I was very please to see this, knowing he would look good for all to say good bye. The overall magnitude of what needs to be done at each step from that moment of death can be overwhelming. Jacqueline was our main point person at SereniCare and she couldn't have been nicer. She was very thorough every step of the way and followed up with me periodically to check in and explain whatever next steps there would be. SereniCare took care of logistics for us...My dad died here in Phoenix but was to be buried on Long Island. They took the "quessing" out of the mix, handled the flight arrangements for my dad and dealt with making all the arrangements with the funeral home on Long Island. I really can't say enough nice things to say about this company. They did a wonderful job, showed great respect for all concerned and handled my dad with care. Thank you SereniCare!

Cassandra is so loving and wonderful! I've toured her facilities, and we are the florist to whom she refers her clients for their family flowers. She is cares so deeply about serving her clients, and is so easy to work with. It's so wonderful that they both have a chapel for intimate family services and also support services at hotels, churches and other larger facilities. And that they also can support families with both cremation and embalming. If you're looking for a caring option at a difficult time, Cassandra and All Options is your best option!
