He was never pushy in regards to any of the options, which some funeral homes tend to be. When I told him what my father had wanted he showed the options I had and was not pushy in any aspect. When I left I knew I was taken care of. Think about all of the traits you would want for the people who you have chosen to take final care of your loved one. Our recent experience with Janssen's in the valley proved to us that a place with those traits does exist. The director, Sam, was impeccable in every regard. Calm, caring and professional. He addressed all of our questions, answered his phone every single time I called and delivered on every promise. The service was perfect. His recommendation for a person to officiate turned out to be a marvelous choice. We had expected about 50 folks to attend the service and when 200 showed up we were floored - but Sam wasn't. He made things happen. Brought in extra chairs, printed up more memorial folders, all the while keeping things on track. So, to Sam and the rest of the staff at Janssen's please accept our heart-felt thanks for the exemplary job you did. You folks made a very difficult day one that we will hold in our memories forever.
